Introduction

This is a great opportunity to join a multinational company and to develop your skills. As a Contracts Analyst, you will be responsible for preparing the corporate documentation and assisting in the legal transaction processes. You will be assisting on all legal matters and ad hoc legal projects. In this position, you will directly report to the Director of the department.

Function information

Your Responsibilities

  • Drafting, reviewing and evaluating corporate and transaction documents
  • Monitoring and following up on condition subsequent actions
  • Assisting in the transaction execution processes by liaising with external and internal parties to ensure that all conditions have been met
  • Managing the record keeping for all contracts
  • Assisting the Director and Managers on due diligence, deal structuring and closing logistics, transaction documentation
  • Monitoring the required information for lessor reporting and preparation of reports
  • Preparing presentations for internal and external conference
  • Collaborating with other departments such as accounting, tax or treasury department regarding legal queries and upcoming or closed transactions
  • Supporting tenders for new businesses such as on commercial bidding contracts
  • Assisting in ad hoc legal queries

Requirements

Your Profile

  • Degree in Law or equivalent
  • Around 3 years of proven experience in the same field of expertise within a law firm or in-house company
  • Fluency in English is a must. Any additional languages will be considered as a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyse market data
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in cooperation with the team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and negotiation skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • International travel may be required
