Sr. Legal and Compliance officer
Main Responsibilities
In this challenging position you will be point of contact of all the legal matters. You will be responsible of:
- Conducting research and analysis of legal problems
- Interpreting laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses
- Advising the company’s Directors
- Preparing and file legal documents, such as contracts, bank forms, and deeds among others
Requirements and Skills
You are a licensed lawyer with at least 5 -10 years of experience in the compliance field. Other qualifications:
- Knowledge or interest about offshore jurisdiction’s modus operandi
- Knowledge of corporate law and compliance regulation including banking
- Strong sense of confidentiality and responsibility
- Capacity to work in a multi-national and multi-religious environment
- Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English and German
- Organization and systematization skills with capacity to work under stress and in a team
