Sr. Legal and Compliance officer

For our client, an international, well established and global operating company with location in the north-east part of Switzerland we are looking for a

Sr. Legal and Compliance officer

Main Responsibilities

In this challenging position you will be point of contact of all the legal matters. You will be responsible of:

• Conducting research and analysis of legal problems
• Interpreting laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses
• Advising the company’s Directors
• Preparing and file legal documents, such as contracts, bank forms, and deeds among others

Requirements and Skills

You are a licensed lawyer with at least 5 -10 years of experience in the compliance field. Other qualifications:

• Knowledge or interest about offshore jurisdiction’s modus operandi
• Knowledge of corporate law and compliance regulation including banking
• Strong sense of confidentiality and responsibility
• Capacity to work in a multi-national and multi-religious environment
• Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluent in English and German
• Organization and systematization skills with capacity to work under stress and in a team
