Do you want to help build the new Dutch branch of this internationally renowned consultancy? We are looking for several managers in CRM, e-commerce and CX for our client. You'll have carte blance and budget.

About the function

New department in Amsterdam provides the chance for entrepeneurs to start their career fast-track. Carte blanche & budget to build an output orientated team. The CX Consulting Manager will advise clients on how they should leverage CX within their businesses throughout Europe! The CX Engagement Manager applies the discipline and leadership of management consulting to Customer Experience. 

Our client believes that companies that effectively manage CX out perform their industry peers. Transformations are complex, intensive projects, and can vary from CRM, E-commerce, CX in multiple sectors. This includes improving service design, improving the sales and marketing operating model, customer services, omni-channel, and applying digital technologies to marketing, sales and service. 

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver management consulting engagements
  • Perform functional and semi-technical analyst work
  • Lead Design Thinking workshops
  • Develop recommendations and proposals
  • Act as a subject matter expert in sales and marketing
  • Some project and delivery management
  • Work with a diverse set of client and internal stakeholders
  • Work both on-site and off-site
  • Participate in sales activities
Main criteria
  • 5+ years of experience in consulting & front-office transformations
  • Strong business level understanding of digital technologies
  • Some level of understanding of business strategy
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Ability to lead client discussions
  • Master is desirable
  • Fluency in English is a requirement, additional languages is desirable
  • Willingness to travel
