Tasks and Responsibilities:

· developing and integrating the European complaints management system;

· preparing, managing and carrying out internal and external audits, implementation of

corrective actions;

· central European point of contact for product quality complaints;

· maintenance, further development and optimisation of the company-wide and supplier-specific

Quality Assurance measures;

· managing supplier / product-specific documents and certificates;

· responsible for the (technical) complaints management;

· work closely with internal and external parties.

Skills and experience required:

· Packaging Technology study with emphasis on QA or completed technical vocational training

with additional qualifications in Packaging Technology and Quality Assurance;

· several years of professional experience, preferably relating to the manufacture of primary

packaging made of glass or plastic;

· sound knowledge of the sector relating to packaging and QA;

· preferably knowledge of current laws and regulations;

· competent handling of customers and suppliers;

· very good verbal and written command of English, a further foreign language would be

beneficial (preferable French);

· willingness to travel.
