Opportunity

Our client, a multinational company leader in the production and sale of complete production lines and systems for food sector, is searching for a Business Development Manager for BU Bakery.

Responsibility

• Work in synergy with management team to develop growth strategies and long-term plans according to business products and value proposition;
• build a competitive go-to-market strategy considering geographical requirements and resource availability;
• build and maintain contacts with current and prospective customer, other businesses, and project partners;
• identify market trends through market analysis to develop an adequate roadmap and to acquire new opportunities and markets;
• collaborate with the marketing team to develop advertising, promotional programs and tradeshows;
• identify improvement and evolution opportunities for products and technologies;
• understanding of market requirements and customer segmentation to adapt to the diversified needs;
• act independently in the implementation of business cases, synergy objectives and process improvements;
• cooperation with the BU Management Team on strategic topics.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent cultural level, MBA is considered as a plus;
• experience in Project Management, Strategic Marketing and Finance;
• positive partner with a solution-oriented mindset and good interpersonal skills;
• deep understanding of food process sector and customer needs (End-users);
• strong stakeholder management skills;
• top performer also under pressure;
• open-minded and creative thinker in finding opportunities and builds on proven success strategies;
• excellent knowledge of English.
