My client, a high performing and recognisable multinational brand are looking for an experienced PMO Analyst to join their team as they ramp up to more than double their change agenda. Initially you will have the opportunity to work with like-minded individuals on a range of exciting projects across their business transformation portfolio.

The PMO Analyst acts as the 'shop-window' to the PMO company-wide and is viewed as a true 'business-partner'. This role will act as a 'friend' to our Project Managers and also act as the trainer to our new delivery framework.

Reporting into the PMO Manager you will be responsible for;

* Defining and maintain project management standards and guidelines

* Producing change portfolio reports including delivery KPI's

* Providing centralised support services for project managers

* Review and validate project delivery estimates and budgets

* Provide support to PMs on business cases development

* Purchase management

You will also be responsible for inductions and you must be project literate to be able to provide support at kick-off stage. You will be working with a diverse stakeholder group and you must be able to demonstrate (with examples) your excellent stakeholder engagement skills. This includes being able to deliver and provide support delivery presentations that detail benefits realisation, project risks and project justification.

It is vital that you understand the commercial business environment; and flexibility and adaptability are essential. The team is growing through success, so this is the ideal opportunity for someone to come on board and join a positive and collaborative team environment.

Your experience

You must have experience as a PMO analyst to apply for and carry out this role. Whilst the client is flexible on industry experience it is essential that you have some form of project management qualification; this could Prince 2 foundation level as an example but the client is flexible on the qualification. This is a business-focused transformation and change management team where technology is occasionally the final enabler. So your skills would ideally come from a variety of business-facing projects NOT technical IT projects.
