Badenoch & Clark are currently recruiting for a PART TIME Accounts Assistant. Ideally between 20-22hours per week in Littlehampton.
· Administer credit card & on-line 3rd party expenses system utilised by employees for work related expenses.
- Ordering / Cancelling credit cards as required
- Maintaining credit limits in line with authorisation
- Providing support and training to credit cardholders as required
- Maintenance of training material for cardholders
- Ensure expenses reviewed and approved on a monthly basis by employees and managers
- Review and challenge expenses incurred as appropriate in line with the expenses policy - Ensure all expenses coded and charged correctly to cost centre expenditure account codes
- Ensure VAT incurred in respect of expenses is correctly accounted for
- Ensure all necessary supporting documentation in relation to expenses is received and maintained in an orderly fashion
- Manage petty cash requirements for the business, most notably with regards funds utilised across the care centre network · Managing mileage returns as required for company car drivers
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required, including: Monitoring of payroll charges submitted by 3rd Party payroll provider o Support Accounts payable team as necessary
- Must have previous expenses exposure
- Available on a short notice
