Senior Corporate Lawyer (100%)
Your challenge
Reporting directly to the Group Head of Legal, you will be responsible of:
- Corporate Counselling, in charge of all corporate matters of the Swiss entities and on international scale
- Advising on negotiation of all commercial contracts for Swiss entities
- Providing legal services and advise to the business activities in the French speaking countries in Africa
- Cooperating on the major legal activities of the Global Legal Department
- Possible directorship functions of Swiss-based companies
Your profile
You have at least 10 years of experience as corporate / legal counsel. Moreover, you bring with you:
- Solid Higher Education Degree in Law; in-depth knowledge of Swiss and International laws and regulations
- An excellent understanding of commercial and business activities
- An outstanding ability to take decisions and to work independently
- Personality of a team player with strong responsibility ethic
- Expertise in compliance issues and finance - is a strong advantage
- Full proficiency in French, English and (Swiss)German is a must; understanding in Hebrew is a plus
- Flexibility for periodical travelling abroad
