My client is looking for an OPERATIONAL MANAGER. Are you ready to take the next steps in your career?
You will join an international company that operates and maintains transport networks (metro, train, streetcar and bus) in 13 countries.
You preferably have several years of experience in a transport network. You will report to the General Manager, and you will contribute to the short, medium and long-term operation and maintenance of the transport network. You will be responsible for the safety, operation and maintenance of infrastructure and rolling stock.

In this role, you will contribute, according to the commercial policy, to the definition of the transport offer and the operating policy. You will ensure compliance with regulations (adaptation of operating instructions and procedures) and ensure the smooth operation of operating and maintenance management tools.
You will oversee and monitor the organization, management, and proper execution of planning and pre-payment. You will supervise preventive, corrective and curative maintenance of the bus fleet. You will also monitor and control compliance with vehicle use regulations (technical inspection, insurance, permits, rest periods, etc.). Your knowledge will enable you to monitor claims and ensure the safety of goods and people.
Under the responsibility of the General Manager, you will be the QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) referent and you will nsure the smooth integration of seasonal employees (recruitment and training).
