Our client is an innovative and fast-growing company that currently occupies a leadership position in the market in the healthcare and life science industry. For the Head Quarter in Zurich area, we are looking for an experienced person to take over a core position in the international HR team:
HR Training & Development Coordinator
Your challenge
In this position you will plan and schedule training programs (soft skills or technical). Between your responsibilities there are also:
- Establish, review and refine the learning calendar
- Review current training materials to ensure a successful learning experience
- Preparation and deployment of learning plans in coordination with external vendors
- Monitor impact and results from training programs incl. post-training activities, follow-up with implementation plans etc.
- Ensure that all learning activities are accurately captured and updated in a timely manner on the learning management system to measure training program effectiveness
Your profile
You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Work- and Organizational Psychology, or equivalent. You can also offer:
- Previous experience within the HR field (learning & development, HR processes) in a large, complex organisation
- Experience delivering training programs (technical or soft skills)
- Excellent communication skills in German and English as a must; active listening skills, comfortable in dealing with all levels of the organization
- Very good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Word)
- Good time management with ability to manage multiple projects, to remain calm under pressure and to adapt to change
- Strong analytical skills, self-motivated, proactive and disciplined
