About the role

As a reporting analyst you help build the organisation by providing analytics and insights. You support the efficiency and risk management of the organisation by creating KPI dashboards, building tools and providing overall performance reporting. Key responsibilities include data management, proactively leading the data analysis activities, developing forecasting models using predictive analytics and collaborating with all departments to create reports for different audiences (e.g. the management team, the investment committee and the board).

Your data interpretation, insights and understanding of how to translate these to the business helps further grow the organisation. You work closely within a team of six specialists in which there is room to further develop into areas of your personal interest. A promising consulting exit for a reporting analyst or data analyst who likes to work longer for one organisation and wants to make social impact in his or her work.

• You have 2+ years of work experience within analytics and reporting.
• You have a Master’s degree in a relevant analytical study area.
• You are fluent in English.
• You have a high level of proficiency in Excel and affinity to work with multiple data sources.
• You are solution-focused, able to break down complex problems and can translate data into strategy.
• You are adaptive to change, pro-active, self-starting and affinity with philanthropic activities.
