Client Description:

Opportunity

I'm currently looking for an HR Associate/Specialist for an international company specialized within the pharmaceutical Industry.

Reporting to the HR Director, the HR Associate is responsible for managing and/or supporting all relevant HR processes and acts as a primary HR point of contact for the local organization.

Responsibilities
  • Manages all relevant HR processes within their area or responsibility
  • Supports the local implementation of operative and strategic HR tools  
  • Competently administers and documents all HR processes – full employee life cycle
  • Applies local and global guidelines and policies in area of responsibility and supports their implementation
  • Manages Recruitment
  • Keeps management and employees informed on all relevant HR matters
  • Administers international assignments inbound and outbound
  • Prepares package proposals for new hires/promotions in accordance with local C&B and in line with existing local and global guidelines
  • Delivers reporting to HR and Finance, including budget process and HR analytics
  • Delivers professional support of regular processes in function, such as merit increase, bonus, personnel planning etc.
  • Ensures a timely and correct management of the subsidiary’s payroll, supervising and collaborating with our external payroll partner
  • Oversees local payroll processing ensuring compliance with local regulations, maintenance of all employee data, and salary information for accounting.
  • Administration of HR Ops, absence tracking, and employee benefits / vendors in compliance with statutory processes and regulations
Skills
  • 3-5 years` experience in similar positions, preferable in multinational companies
  • University degree in business, administration, HR or related areas
  • Fluent English
  • Understanding of business management
  • Excellent knowledge and exposure to Italian labor law Knowledge of payroll processes and social security is a must
  • Sound knowledge of HR administration processes
  • Good knowledge of HRM applications, Workday will be a plus
