Our client is one of the most important company in FMCG sector and they are lookig for the International Customer Manager for Foodservice channel

Reporting to International Customer director,the ideal candidate will have these responsabilities:

  • Global responsibility for all Company’s international customer relationships across all business areas (Food Service), ensuring positive development with the existing international customer base, protecting continuity and profitability of key customer business and acquiring new international customer business for enhanced growth, working in a cross-functional team with other HQ teams (Commercial team, HQ Marketing, Finance and Legal) and with local commercial teams in geographies
  • Develop and revalidate the international customers and channel strategies for the group (with strong first focus on AFH) in close collaboration and coordination with HQ Commercial Strategy team, including the prospecting and development of trade marketing approach
  • Lead the related established strategy and tactics alignment process between HQ and Local Company
  • Develop acquisition strategies and execute them with his/her team to win further other international key customers business
  • Drive international customers’ business development within AFH channel and within Retail for customers with central decisive organisation and powers, impacting on countries’ range and investment/activities: Definition of product, pricing, service offer and investment in alignment with group guidelines and markets’ context and dynamics
  • Maximisempresence, volume, value and profitability in the international customers field
  • Provide the central contact point for company's already established international key customers and ensure sustainable, growing and profitable development of these partnerships, in the AFH channel: contract renewals, operative support, credit management, product and marketing needs/customisation etc.
  • Collaborate with HQ Finance team and local sales teams on budget and forecast planning
  • Provide best in class customer insight to the company system and lead and manage the related process and procedures architecture for optimal information exchange between head office and the countries affected
  • Whenever necessary coordinate country individual input contributions to centrally requested customer topics (e.g. management of international tender proposals)

The ideal candidate is a commercial manager with multiple years of experience in FMCG business, with various years of direct sales key account management responsibility in Foodservice Channel.
