    IT Demand Manager - JN -042021-19762

    We are looking for an IT Demand Manager for a client in the packaging industry

    Main Activities

    The person will:

    • collect IT application and technology requirements and needs from different stakeholders (Business, IT and Vendors) ensuring proper understanding of business requirements and objectives;
    • draft and ensures a comprehensive estimate of IT impacts in terms of complexity, time, cost and staffing;
    • identify and propose innovation and digital transformation opportunities and IT initiatives, collecting business priorities;
    • manage the implementation program focused on digitilization of functions and departments, taking into consideration effectiveness and efficiency;
    • monitor the adoption of new technological solutions and adequate service levels;
    • Manage and implements CRM (Salesforce), E-Commerce and transform the institutional website.

    Requirements
    • Experience, including operational experience, in phases of the IT lifecycle (e.g., Analysis, Design, Testing, etc.);
    • Experience in Demand management function;
    • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM;
    • Knowledge of industry processes,
    • Digital transformation and innovation;
    • Business case development;
    • Fluent English;

    Availability to frequent travel.
