Spring Professional è una delle società leader nella ricerca e selezione di profili Middle Management. Per la divisione SALES & MARKETING siamo alla ricerca di una nuovo Recruiter.RESPONSABILITA'
Il candidato, riportando al Team Leader Sales&Marketing, si occuperà di seguire e gestire in autonomia l’intero processo di recruiting:
· definizione di job description;
· pubblicazione annunci web;
. ricerca attiva di profili in linea;
· screening curricula;
· colloqui e selezione dei profili in linea con le richieste dei clienti;
. preparazione Report
· gestione dei contatti con candidati e clienti;
COMPETENZE
Il/la candidato/a ideale ha già maturato un’esperienza di almeno 2/3 anni come Recruiter Sales & Marketing in contesti simili. Laurea in materie umanistiche o economiche, possiede una buona conoscenza degli strumenti informatici e della lingua inglese.
