Matilda Rodey

Matilda holds a Bachelor’s degree in HR from Stockholm University, and in addition to this has multiple years of experience working in recruitment, HR, and management. She has worked in international environments as well as smaller, entrepreneurial companies. Her experience with board work and organizational development has given her great insight in, and understanding of, how different companies are structured and operated, which gives her the ability to quickly assess an organization and its needs in terms of leadership, specific competencies, and unique demands. With this as her starting point, she delivers a high-quality all-round experience for both clients and candidates. Matilda has been with Badenoch + Clark since 2017, and during her time with the company she has had clients spanning both the private and public sector, domestically and internationally, and thus has developed her extensive network even further.
