Client Services Manager

A great opportunity to join a well-known leading asset manager. Our client is seeking for a client services manager to work closely and support the Swiss sales team. You will take an active role in managing the relationship and providing solutions contributing to the growth of the team. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the relationship with the client sales team providing high-level support and ensuring client satisfaction
• Analyse client queries and work with other teams to provide proactive solutions
• Ensure processes of TA and fund activities including trailer fees set up
• Coordinate client distribution contracts and sales tasks
• Liaise with different teams as compliance and TA to coordinate and follow requests
• Participate in diverse projects that involve client services

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 5 years of experience working in a similar position in the funds or asset management industry
• Solid knowledge of the operational process of fund distribution
• Excellent communicational and organisational skills
• Fluent in English, German is considered an advantage
