As an in-house Talent Acquisition
Manager, you are the driving force behind following responsibilities:

Together with the HR
director, you will build a sourcing process and use your critical approach to
optimize the current recruitment strategy.
·
You manage the
end-to-end recruitment process & you ensure the implementation of your
recruitment strategy.
·
You create an on-boarding
and integration project & you manage the implementation
·
You are responsible
for a correct reporting of all recruitment activities to the HR director
·
Master or Bachelor
degree
·
Minimum 5 years’
experience as recruiter for different profiles
·
Perfect knowledge of
Dutch and French is a must
·
You have a positive
and can-do attitude.
·
You have the right
leadership skills to make things happen.
· You also show good organizational and communication skills.
·
You are emphatic and
approachable
