International Payroll Expert

Introduction

Function information

In this role you will be part of the client advisors team and you will report to the Client Relations Manager.

You will become the HR partner for their international clients and you counsel them professionally and pro-actively about their staff management.

Your main responsibilities will be :

• Payroll calculations for your dedicated international client group;
• You offer them advise, anticipate their needs and propose solutions and tailored HR service;
• You analyse the provided data, you will draw conclusions and make adequate HR proposals;
• You build a long term relationship with your clients;
• You have an eye for commercial opportunities and will pass this to the commercial department for further follow up.

Requirements

• Experience with payroll calculations and staff management
• Knowledge of international social law is a strong plus
• Advisory skills
• Detail oriented
• Fluent in Dutch or French with an excellent knowledge of English
