For a fast-growing e-commerce company dedicated
to deliver high quality eco-responsible pharmaceutical and cosmetical products we
are recruiting a CIO. You manage the IT team and transform the ERP, CRM &
BI landscape.
The CIO position is on group level, it includes subsidiaries in 9 countries. You work from the HQ in Brussels. AS CIO you have strategic responsibilities and you are involved in the management of the daily operational activities.
You define the IT strategy and long term
evolution of the IT landscape. You align it with the needs of the different
business entities. You follow-up the latest trends on infrastructure, system and
application level.
You take the lead in transformation projects
fe. implementation of Business Intelligence or reshape ERP/CRM landscape.
You manage a team of 7 IT professionals and overview the further growth. An important aspect is the management of the day-2-day activities. You define and follow-up KPI’s, you manage and report on the budget. You act as SPOC towards external suppliers and vendors. In this role you deal as well with technical issues and assure proper handling.
Our ideal CIO has previous experience in IT transformation projects (CRM, ERP, BI,…) You have a clear vision and like to be involved on daily operational activities. You possess strong people management skills and are agile in mind. You’re willing to travel (+/- 20%). You speak and write fluently in French and English.
