We are currently recruiting enthusiastic Payroll consultants, to support onsite projects for Badenoch & Clark.

Function information

- As a payroll consultant you provide onsite payroll and human resources support;

  • You will be responsible to master the administration of the company’s payroll processing function;
  • You provide high-level technical and administrative support to members of the Payroll and Human Resources team;
  • You handle confidential information and manage multiple priorities within a fast moving environment;
  • You will be in charge for specific and day to day operations of all phases within the Payroll System.

Requirements

- You have a solid payroll background;

  • You have the ability to research, analyze and interpret employment laws, human resources policies and communicate the information to the client at a professional level;
  • You have a good knowledge of payroll procedures and administration;
  • You have a proven working knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • You are familiar with HRIS systems (i.e. SAP/HR, e-Blox, e-Volution, e-tango, Protime, HR Webworx);
  • You have a good knowledge of Dutch, French & English;
  • You should be detail oriented, have a high sense of urgency and customer service focus.
