Within XPE Pharma & Science, more specifically, within our Clinical Department, we are looking for an 'Executive Recruiter'.
Your main responsibilities are
*You are responsible for attracting candidates via job advertisement
*You publish vacancies on different job boards and in a wide range of media.
*You are able to develop and maintain a strong network of contacts. This will help you to identify and source quality candidates.
*You are selecting and interviewing potential candidates with a scientific background in order to create a shortlist of candidates for vacancies as e.g. Clinical Trial Assistant, Clinical Trial Manager, Medical Writer, Medical Advisor, functions in Medical Affairs and Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Statisticians etc.
*You perform reference checks when required
*You are briefing the candidate about the responsibilities and benefits of the job in question
*You are in daily contact with our clients to present candidates, follow up, price negotiations etc.
*You are responsible for the performance management of some of our consultants on a regular basis
*On a time to time basis, the Executive Recruiter will also attend to job fairs.
*Bachelor or Master degree; a scientific background is certainly a plus for this vacancy
*Knowledge of clinical trials is certainly an asset for this vacancy
*A minimum of 1,5 year experience in a similar position is required
*A good command in English, French, and Dutch is an absolute must for this function.
*Good knowledge of MS Office
*Easy learner, pro-active
*Commercial feeling, good communication skills, team spirit, commitment, result oriented
*Good networking skills is key for this position
*Detail oriented
*Strong organizational, collaborative and planning skills
