Function information

  • Analyze & review request for creation of new accounts. Ensure all relevant data is in

M3 to ensure correct pricing, correct processing of orders and correct reporting.

  • Create and fill pre-qualification forms for new (possible) accounts.
  • Analyze and review Special Pricing Forms and process them into our ERP system (M3).

Ensure correct pricing and assignment of Sales Territory and Market. Ensure Archiving,

Tracking & Monitoring of open projects.

  • Follow up and ensure correct assignment of Sales Territory and Market for all our

customers, projects & orders in order to be able to report correctly.

  • Proactive Pricing agreement monitoring, identify problem areas or inconsistencies.
  • Review agreement term dates and parameters as defined in contracts, or agreed between

sales and the customer. Keep track of existing contracts with Distributors and Contractors.

Assure correct appliance towards the different departments. Set up actions to keep them up

to date

  • Pricing analyses to support sales decisions, recommendations, etc.
  • Work closely with Customer Care to resolve pricing issues and invoice disputes.
  • Create customized price lists for distributors or contractors in close cooperation with

Marketing.

  • Support sales management by setting up new distribution. Provide them the required data,

varying per account and region. Provide the required product data, in order to assist our new

account to set up Victaulic as a supplier in his system.

  • Monitor daily margin report and advise Customer Care, Sales and Sales admin of pricing

discrepancies.

  • Follow up the Sales Organization Structure and translate this correctly in reporting & sales

and territory assignment.

  • Maintain existing pricelists and create new ones where required. Organize communication & publication of new pricelists or price lists addendums in close corporation with Sales and Marketing. Maintain published pricing in M3 for all products which are shown in the EU

price books.

  • Assist with development of new product pricing with Product/ Sales Managers
  • Run Monthly and ad hoc reports and Respond to daily sales requests for information

providing insight when possible

  • Assure data quality in our sales analytical tool – Qlikview
  • Process regular or upon-request customer reports related to turnover. Report in the requested

format (their website, excel, per branch, … )

  • Issue sales agreement credits (contract claims) and assure a correct assignment towards sales

and calculate, and issue End Of Year bonuses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master (handelswetenschappen, bedrijfsmanagement, .
  • You have experience in sales or commercial environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a pro-active, energetic spirit combined with a result oriented

attitude.

  • Experience with analyzing a commercial environment is an asset.
  • Must be reliable and self-motivated.
  • Detail oriented with attention to accuracy
  • Demonstrated intuitive mathematical and analytical aptitude.
  • Demonstrated high level of proficiency with MS Excel and database applications.
  • Product knowledge desired.
  • Can think conceptual, analytical and eager to learn
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • You have a good knowledge in English. French and/or German knowledge is an asset
  • Strong administrative skills.
