Function information
The scope of responsibilities for this job include:
- Support the monthly reporting process ensuring smooth data flow from different systems
- Solve various ad hoc issues raised by different colleagues working for different entities via a virtual Service Desk
- Support maintenance of different applications and reports
- Responsible for SAP Business Warehouse implementation projects
- Train and support customers and colleagues in the different financial systems and tools (e.g. SAP Business Warehouse - reporting platform, GPS - Group Performance System, SCOA - Standard Chart of Accounts)
- Work in close cooperation with development teams responsible for 2nd or 3rd level support of the reporting applications
- Actively participate in global projects interacting with other project members
Requirements
- Master degree in economics (TEW/HI)
- You recently graduated or have a first experience (plus)
- An interest in financial systems, IT
- Fluency in English, Dutch is a plus
- Ability to learn and grasp the different financial process flows
- Good IT skills, specifically in financial applications is an asset
- Able to work in a complex and fast moving business environment
- Accuracy is needed with an emphasis on attention to details
- Service minded with excellent inter-personal skills
- Ability to work independently and to take responsibilities
- A team player who enjoys sharing knowledge, information and experiences with his / her colleagues
