Hilti is based near Brussels and is specialized in the production and service within construction industry. However, the job is not limited to Brussels, you can work in your own region.
The program
offers you the opportunity to get to know the different departments within
Hilti (General Construction, Wood, Civil Engineering, Energy & Industry,
...). The first 5 weeks you will receive product training both theoretical and
practical together with other colleagues.
You will
rotate through at least 2 different commercial jobs in which you will analyze
the current issues of the customers and decide what the best solution would be.
You will work together with different departments to eventually manage your own
team of at least 6 FTE's.This can all happen within your first 2 years at Hilti.
This is not a fixed program. If you want to work in other departments or grow internationally, then that is possible. At Hilti the are always open to discuss your career, support you where needed and meet your needs. You own 80% of this program.
- Minimum a Master's degree
