The responsibilities

Based in Geneva, you will work directly with the Finance team  and will assist them on with various interesting recruitment assignments.

After an intensive and exciting induction plan, you will be responsible for:

  • Writing and managing job postings using job boards and social media resources,
  • Hunting, networking and approaching directly candidates in line with client requirements,
  • Developing and maintaining a current candidate database through a proactive, planned sales approach to current and prospective candidates,
  • Screening, interviewing and assessing candidates in line with client brief,
  • Conducting reference checks for consultants,
  • Managing and guiding applicants through all the internal hiring stages,
  • Developing a client database, Business Development approach and Marketing/Communication tools.

In addition to that, you will be involved on other projects in Communication, Marketing and HR.

Once your recruitment and evaluation skills develop, you will also be involved in client activities such as:

  • Developing a client database,
  • Assisting your Manager in Business Development: prospect identification, mapping, networking,
  • Creating and developing Marketing/Communication tools.

The profile we are looking for.

For this role, you will specialize in Finance and will learn everything about your sector so you can truly partner with you clients and candidates to provide then with consistent and outstanding service.

You hold a Bachelor or Master degree and are looking for an internship between of 6 months. You have a first experience in Finance and show real interest in HR, recruitment and people.

You have great communication skills and can demonstrate sales or customer facing abilities, entrepreneurialism and a true ‘go getting’ attitude at work.

You are fluent in French & English and are perfectly at ease with new technology.
